Strength for Seniors
Get back your pep with Strength for Seniors. Join us for our tried and tested strength training for older adults.
Switched on Seniors
Our weekly program starts with a group lesson, we will then break for afternoon tea and one-on-one instruction with a digital mentor.
Community Café and Support Group
Drop in for a cuppa and a chat at the Coolbellup Community Café and Support Group. Talk over problems that are getting you down and share information about community resources.
Knitting Circle

Tech Help – One-on-one
Book in for a 30 minute informal, introductory sessions aimed at increasing confidence in the use of computers and mobile technology.
Guided Meditation Classes
Bring your own yoga mat or towel, along with a small cushion and a water bottle. Chairs are available if required.
