Come along, armed with your favourite poems to make new friends, have great discussions and share a free cup of tea or coffee. Includes poetry readings.
Switched on Seniors
Our weekly program starts with a group lesson, we will then break for afternoon tea and one-on-one instruction with a digital mentor.

Book in for a 30 minute informal, introductory sessions aimed at increasing confidence in the use of computers and mobile technology.

Knitting Circle

Cockburn Libraries and the Cockburn Volunteer Resource Centre offer two different opportunities to hear about current volunteer positions.
Guided Meditation Classes
Bring your own yoga mat or towel, along with a small cushion and a water bottle. Chairs are available if required.

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using a chair for support.
