Ukulele Winter Sessions

Dust off your ukulele, warm up those vocal chords, and come along and learn a selection of songs with David and his ukulele. Improve your skills (and maybe pick up some new ones) in a fun and friendly setting. We will cover pop/rock songs contemporary to the 60s through to present day (and maybe the odd sea shanty).

These sessions are perfect for anyone who can play the ukulele (a bit)* and would like to practice and learn more. It is for all ages so kids, teens, adults and seniors are welcome. We also welcome those who might play a different string instrument, like acoustic guitar. If you can strum a chord on it, you’re good to go!

So, what’s really involved, you might ask? Well, it’s pretty simple. We follow the four S‘s – which I just made up.
We sit, we strum and (some of us) sing along. It’s that easy!

*Please also note: this is not a beginner workshop. Basic musical knowledge will be required.
