Nami has created a Japanese and Vietnamese fusion of Banh mi with everyone’s favourite, Teriyaki chicken!
You will see how to make all the key ingredients, including Japanese teriyaki chicken, pickled veggies and healthy homemade pate and mayo.
Best of all, you will get to taste Banh mi with freshly baked bread at the end of the workshop!
