Explore the world of science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics at our weekly STEAM club at Spearwood Library.

Every Saturday you and your children can explore the world of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics at Spearwood Library.

  • Learn basic Scratch coding skills with fun projects
  • Test your skills with puzzles and games
  • Learn about gravity, motion, and kinetic energy using Gravitrax and Action/Reaction sets
  • Enter the virtual world with our VR Headset
  • Assemble easy to build electronics that snap together to create different circuits
  • Build and code using Lego Mindstorms to create your own robot

Parents or carers must remain in the library during the event and are encouraged to join with their children to learn and make discoveries together.
Photos may be taken at this event. Please see the staff member running the session if you would like to be exempt. Please do not take photographs of other families or children without their permission.
