Bookings open 25 September for Strength for Seniors Term 4
Join us Wednesday afternoons for our tried and tested strength training for older adults and regain your health, independence, and fitness.
Designed exclusively for older adults, Strength for Seniors from the Geri-Fit program helps rebuild strength that’s been lost through the aging process. Having more muscle and strength helps ensure that we will have a higher level of function as we continue to age.
Sessions involve the use of light hand weights and resistance bands. This program incorporates stretching and range of motion activities, stability and balance training for fall prevention, cardiovascular activity for heart health, and gait exercises to help improve walking.

NOTE: A signed consent form will be required to be completed and returned prior to your first class. Consent form will be emailed to clients once your booking has been completed.
