With recent news and media coverage about the Coronavirus (COVID-19), following on from a difficult bushfire season, it is normal for children and adults to feel overwhelmed and stressed during this time.

The Fathering Project
Along with a range of resources to help Dads and families, The Fathering Project is also encouraging Dads to be involved in the #2Calls2Dads Challenge. Check out the Fathering Channel for more content and tips.
The #2Calls2Dads challenge invites blokes to call two other dads each week and ask how they are going during the COVID-19 crisis.

Design A T-Shirt for Volunteer Ted
The Cockburn Volunteer Resource Centre (VRC) has recently announced a great competition to design a new t-shirt for Volunteer Ted. (Competition has ended.) T&Cs and more information are all available on the website.
Prizes to be won!
Calling all youth aged 5-17 years! Cockburn Volunteer Ted needs a new wardrobe with t-shirts for all occasions like Christmas, volunteering, beach clean-ups, helping the community, going to events and more!
Design a t-shirt for Volunteer Ted and if your design is judged as a winner it will be printed on a t-shirt for Volunteer Ted to wear out in the community and you could win one of the great prizes!
Perth Zoo Home Safari
The zoo has launched this new section on its website. It gives access to keeper talks, fact sheets, activities and Storytime – where a book on a particular animal is read in front of its enclosure.
While Perth Zoo is temporarily closed, let us help keep your little monkeys entertained!
Our Home Safari is full of exclusive behind-the-scenes videos, educational fact sheets and wild activities for kids of all ages.
Some of the videos are available on the site but others are accessible after providing a name and email address.
