Cockburn Libraries held its first Cook & Book event: Food Intolerance Can Be Murder. Meet Sally Scott and Nicole Sjardin, the authors of ‘Bridging Foods: an introduction to gluten, dairy & yeast free eating’. Sally will tell the story of the book and Nicole will demonstrate how to make breakfast quinoa with blueberries, almond crescents, beetroot dip and gluten and dairy free bread with dukkah.
