The Tapestry Writers are a very active writing group, brimming over with fresh ideas and innovations.
On the 26th of April they visited Woodman Point and were taken on a tour by Earle Seubert, Historian for Woodman Point Recreation Camp. This informative and at times moving tour has already inspired further research and new stories.
At the moment the writers are submitting poetry and stories for their next anthology.
Why not come along to their meetings at Spearwood Library on the first and third Tuesday of each month from 9.30 am to 12.00, join in and they’ll tell you about the great idea that they have for 2012 National Year of Reading.
