On 6 February 2018 we’re celebrating Safer Internet Day!

Safer Internet Day is an opportunity to raise awareness of the safe and positive use of digital technology, and to explore the role we can all play in creating a better and safer online community. Coordinated by the Office of the eSafety Commissioner nationally, and celebrated in 130 countries, this year’s theme is:

Create, connect and share respect: A better internet starts with you

Cockburn Libraries is again supporting Safer Internet Day. On Safer Internet Day millions of people unite to inspire positive change and raise awareness of online safety issues. Get involved by showing your support for a better internet for everyone. Help spread the word and raise awareness about the importance of respect online—you can participate in, or run your own Safer Internet Day activity.
