We asked, you told us!
We recently asked you to tell us what you think of our libraries, and many of you did just that. There was lots of positive feedback, some not quite so positive feedback (we laughed, we cried), and many suggestions for improvements. We will be reading through all your written answers and comments and looking at how we can make Cockburn Libraries better for you. Amongst the more standard questions, we also asked you to pick an animal and a colour that you think best represents our libraries (apparently this is really important information for marketing and branding experts). You can read all the responses (including the 50 different animals you suggested) in the Consultation summary on Comment for Cockburn, but we picked a few highlights and put them in an infographic for your viewing pleasure.

And the winner is…
We offered up a couple of $50 vouchers as encouragement to complete the survey. We selected two completed surveys at random and the lucky winners of the vouchers were Jodie-Lee Ladbrook and Lydia Dean. Nice!
We are changing our branding and would like to hear from you.
Complete our short survey for your chance to WIN one of two $50 gift vouchers.
To take the survey you need to login to the Comment on Cockburn website. If you haven’t used the Comment on Cockburn website before, you need to register on that site (this registration is completely independent of the library website)
Survey closes 19 March 2017.
