Flexitarianism, underpinned by medical and environmental evidence, is becoming increasingly popular. Last month, Dr Talia Raphaely and Professor Dora Marinova from Curtin University, gave a lunchtime seminar at Spearwood Library about the latest research supporting flexitarianism, the health and environmental impacts,  and they also explained how, though a few simple lifestyle changes,  you too can become a flexitarian. So just as if you had attended yourself, you can listen to entire talk now (alas, you don’t get to sample the free flexitarian lunch that was provided on the day).We also videoed the seminar, so you can watch it on the Library Service’s YouTube channel
