Over the last 3 months, delicacies such as ‘Coq au Vin’, ‘Satay Chicken’, ‘Gado gado’ and ‘Barcalhao-Gomes-De Sa’ have been produced by our cooking gurus. Their audiences who not only get to taste the results but at the end of the sessions, armed with copies of the recipes, go home to try out new found or improved culinary skills.
