Healthy Lifestyle Apps workshops

Want to learn about using apps that make life easier and healthier?

This 6-week series of 1-hour workshops will teach you how. These include apps for:

  • Hobbies and Leisure activities
  • Social connection
  • Brain training
  • Health and well-being
  • Safety

Run by Final Year Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology students from Curtin University. The sessions are specifically aimed at improving health and well-being while staying connected with technology.

  • Pre-Requisites:  Bring your own charged iPhone or iPad (NO Android)
  • Must have basic knowledge of using your apple device.

Suitable for anyone over 16 years of age wanting to explore lifestyle apps on their iPhone or iPad

 

When: Fridays between 13 August and 17 September 9.30-10.30am (doors open from 9.15am)

Where: Success Library Community Room (Level 1, directly above the library)
