Guided meditation classes 

As a result of our recent community survey we are introducing regular meditation classes.

These weekly one hour classes are suitable for seniors and anyone over 18 years.

You will discover ways to incorporate mindfulness and stress relief into your daily life as well as a sense of empowerment.

Meditation helps with your overall physical and mental health so join our qualified instructor and be guided into relaxation.

Bring your own yoga mat or towel, along with a small cushion and a water bottle.

Chairs are available if required.

No advance bookings are required for the classes but numbers will be limited. Please come early to secure your place and avoid disappointment.

When: Tuesdays from 6-7 pm (please arrive at least 5 minutes early)

First class to begin on Tuesday 16 February and continue weekly until the 29 June.

Where: Success Library, 11 Wentworth Parade, Success.

Cost: $8 per class, book and pay via Eventbrite or pay cash at the library (no EFTPOS available)
