Grief and Loss workshop

Grief is usually associated with the loss of a loved one and everyone’s grief journey is unique to them.

Some of us are currently experiencing universal grief for the loss of a former way of life due to the pandemic. Although we can identify this, it can trigger some personal issues. We all need to process our emotions in ways specific to us. In order to keep functioning, it’s vital to care for ourselves while we do this.

This workshop will give you the tools and strategies to accept and work through the emotional ups and downs, to ask for help and guidance or comfort and support from both professionals and the people closest to you.

Even in the worst of times, it’s empowering to understand the basis for our experience of grief and loss and to learn the steps we can take to enhance recovery and healing.
