The Western Australian Department of Commerce is holding two FREE public information sessions directed specifically to members, committees and officers of local associations and clubs to assist them to become better informed about the following topics and to provide an opportunity to ask questions or raise issues of concern.

– The features and benefits of incorporation;
– The legal obligations of their association;
– Changing the rules;
– Members’ rights; and
– Committee members’ responsibilities and liabilities.

The information sessions will be held during March 2010 in Armadale and Rockingham.
