Men's Health Week June 2014

“Being active, having a sense of belonging, and having a purpose in life all contribute to happiness and good mental health.” This is the idea behind the Act Belong Commit Organization.  With this in mind, Cockburn Libraries has on display at Spearwood Library some of the wonderful creations of the Men’s Shed in Yangebup. With the silly season upon us the staff from Cockburn libraries put down their books and relaxed with a feast at one of our newest staff members house for a bit of christmas cheer.
