Saragoni’s book Sri Lanka Food was self-published and won the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards “Best in the World” in Beijing last year. Journalist Norman Burns will talk about how the book came about, photographer Craig Kinder (assignments permitting) will be on hand to talk about his fantastic photography, as will designer Cally Browning.
