Healthy Minds Workshops: run over 6 weeks

Do you want to increase your zest for life & discover how a healthy mind can increase your wellbeing?

Then come along to our relaxed, small group sessions run by students from Curtin University.

Wednesdays from 9:30 – 11:00 am – Success Public Library


  • Discover the health benefits of Meditation and Mindfulness.
  • Have lots of fun and enjoy the challenge of activities and games for your Brain and Memory.
  • Relax & chat during morning tea break.

Book in for either:

  • 15 March – 19 April or
  • 10 May – 14 June

    Hi Michelle
    Thanks for your suggestion – will definitely keep this in mind. The current programs are run in conjunction with Curtin University staff and Students who only work weekdays, so this is our limitation. Please keep an eye out for a Mindfulness course I am currently arranging for August or September – that will be scheduled for a Saturday afternoon.
